On the advise of my mom and totally against my adage of being on a tour bus is for less advent ours I booked an all day tour of the city. However I was 35 minutes late and had to split the tour between the afternoon and Saturday morning. That tardiness was a blessing in disguise because I was able to enjoy the sights of Barcelona in the morning without the hassle of a bus. My favorite morning activities was the Parc de la Ciutadella featuring the Arc de Triomf and Casade Fountain. Also featuring is my breakfast and lunch. In Barcelona, pastries and coffee are common and for lunch I was craving a burger and I was near the Hard Rock Cafe and had to get a burger. Below are the AM to lunch pictures.
However my favorite part of today's journey was visiting Gaudi's buildings such as the Park Guell and the famous La Sagrada Famila. No words can describe the views from Park Guell except beautiful.
